Tori and David are quite obviously passionate about their birds and it is equally obvious how much their birds consider them as one of them. The whole experience was interesting from start to finish, the insight into how the birds are reared and looked after, the different attitudes of the different species was all fascinating, but when it came to flying, Wow just Wow!
